About Amaze (Formerly Autism Victoria)
Amaze is a member-based not-for-profit organisation and is the peak body for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the state of Victoria. Amaze represents around 55,000 Victorians who have ASD and work for the benefit of all individuals and their families and to promote better understanding of ASD in the general community.
Autism Awareness Australia is the nation's leading not-for-profit autism education and advocacy organisation, founded in 2007. We're dedicated to increasing awareness of autism in the community by providing targeted educational programs for parents and professionals, and advocating for the needs of individuals on the spectrum and their families.
Created by a partnership of member organisations of Australia's leading early childhood agencies, the Raising Children website is produced with the help of an extensive network including the Australian Government.
Access began in 1989 as an advocacy group formed by concerned parents of disabled children who wanted to create a more satisfying and integrated life for their children in the Jewish community.
Access parents did not want to send their children to institutions divorced from their heritage and culture
Access advocated for more programs and activities for their children in the Jewish Community. Due to the lack of effective response Access determined to deliver these programs and activities itself.
Jewish Care is about people - those who we help and those who support us.
Our success is measured by the life-changing impact we have on individuals and families within the Victorian Jewish community. We are here to provide aid to Jewish elderly, Jewish families, Jewish youth in times of hardship and crisis, and to offer services that enable individuals in our community to thrive.
By providing support and opportunities for individuals and families, we seek to strengthen the wellbeing and resilience of our community.
